I’m 18 and was adopted on November 17, 1993 in Elizabethon TN and i want to request Non-Identifying information on my birth parents but I have no clue on how to send in a request form to the state. Any Help?!

Hi. My name is Christina but my name before adoption was Ashley. I am looking for my birth parents and possible siblings. I was born 8/31/1987 and my little brother was adopted with me. His name is Jackson but his name before adoption was Andy. We were adopted by the Burch family in McMinnville, TN. I am married now so my last name is Feeney. I need help finding my blood relatives for medical reasons. Thank you.

My givin name is Nathaniel Michael Solidum I was born on
12-02-1976 in Knoxville TN. I was atopted at three months old to the Solidum family. I don’t know my real mother nor my fathers name. A peice of me is missing and it hurts dearly everyday not knowing anything about them. I don’t understand why my case is a closed case. I know there is a type of law out there for this matter it’s just so hard to proceed becasue everyone wants money just to find my real parents. I am lost and confused with everything. Please ease my sufferings.

Just found out an ex girlfriend of mine actually gave our daughter up for adoption instead of having an abortion. Dont know much information but mothers name is ayana clark she lived in clarksville tennessee, my daughter was born in 1998 i have for children with my wife and i would love to find my daughter. Please anyone that can help it would be greatly appreciated

my daughter was taken from her mother (michelle)in washington co.tn 1999. i did a dna test and the state said there was a ZERO percent chance that she is mine. i know in my heart she is and i would love to find her., her name was brittany. can any one help me? she should be about 15 or 16 now. she had red hair.

Please help me find my birth mother
I was adopted by Roland and Charlotte Martin
both adoptive parents dead
I was born 7/ 22/ 1963 in Bradley Hospital
Cleveland , Tennessee my adoption was handled by a doctor named Dr. Chalmer Chastain. I want so much to find my bio mom and tell her everything is ok
I just pray every night to find her and let her know I love her and she has gran children
