Hello, my name is Sheliy, I am looking for my birth mother Betty Jean Tharp Pritt. Last known place she lived was Parsons, West Virginia. I would love to find her and meet any brothers or sisters I have. Any information would be extremely helpful! Thank you so much!

I am looking for my grandson on behalf of my daughter, her name is Sherri Chafin, her son was born Aug, 1990, at mercy hospital, Omaha, Nebraska, she named him Cory Chafin but adoptive parents changed it to Zachery, last name unknown. I do know that he was residing in Nebraska at the time. Please contact me if any one knows where he may be.

Do you have an original birth certificate? Have you applied for your non-id information from the state of New Jersey? That would be your starting point.

DO not let the system win keep your hopes and dreams alive and your search. It has been near impossible for me to find my birth children as well, but if we give up and in they win again they do not care whether we are guilty or not they run those programs in the ground and our lives. Prayers are going out to you all

I am searching for information on my birth mother/family history. I was given the name Grace when I was born on 12/6/1967 at Elizabeth General Hospital, NJ. I have been told I was adopted through an agency run by the state of NJ in August of 1968. Neither of my adoptive parents ever allowed me to read the papers associated with my adoption after I was old enough to understand them. My adoptive parents, last name Hnot, divorced in 1978. My adoptive mother and I no longer talk, my adoptive father passed away a few years ago but hinted at the idea that my mother gave me "misinformation" in regard to my adoption. I look very much like her - and many other relations on her side of the family. I now am a mother of 4 beautiful girls and would like some history, both medical and genealogical to share with my daughters as they will soon enough become mothers themselves and deserve a full history of both sides of their family. I am not sure that I will find what I am looking for, but hope this search helps me to at least find a way to obtain my adoption records. Any and all feedback is helpful and appreciated.

I had a son when I was 15, he was born in grand rapids mi @ Butterworth Hospital, the dr name was Riekse. I had no means to take care of him and no place to live at that time. He was placed through a agency called Lutheran Childrens Society ( no longer seem to be in existance.) He was given the name Jason Blake Mattoon at birth. Do not wish to upset his life in anyway, he is just on my mind constantly 38 years later, he also has 2 sisters and 2 brothers..............
