hi, i am looking for my daughter who was born on the 17/5/86 she was born at the alexander hospital in redditch warwickshire,i was living in Charford Bromsgrove, her adopted parents called her Rachel and i can remember that the adopted father had epilepsy and that they were a lovely couple but were struggling to adopt due to his health, i know that they had no other children, and i was promised by my social worker helen wren? at bromsgrove that rachel would be given a letter when she was 18 to explain everything, my parents still live in the same house which is registered at the social for rachel, i know she may not want to find me but there has never been a day go bye when i have not thought about her. i would really love to meet my daughter, i think i just thought she would knock on my door when she was 18 but it never happened and i have been waiting for that knock ever since, it breaks my heart. please if anyone can help find my daughter i would be grateful, i never had any more children after rachel.

Please help me to find my children’s father Delfin Ellamil Torres Jr. (Immigrant visa).in Los Angeles Covina California. He is 62 yrs old and his birthday is February 15, 1948. He did not send support for almost 4 years. My children need his financial support for their educational and medical needs (Crohn’s Disease). It’s not easy for me here in Philippines to stand or shoulder all expenses because still now any one of my kids finished four years coarse. trying to find my husband who skipped out on me owing lots of money against my house i owned before we were married. he took off with thousands of dollers worth of antuque guns which he has sold. left me to pay all the bills adding up to $70000.00 dollers on a minnimun wadge job.
I can’t even pay my electric bill I don’t wan’t to lose my house because i couldn’t afford to pay rent. i only bring home $600.00 a week.

I am Looking for My sister Dawna’s son Illario N Duncan Tugman. He has been in the fostercare system since he was about 5 months old. He was born may 22nd 2007 in Grand Rapids Michigan and would be 2 yrs and 8 months old. My sister had a drug problem and the courts were about to terminate her rights when she signed her rights away. Illario has a form of downs syndrome so he has a tracheotomy to breath. Illario also has a sister Brittney and a brother Kyle who love and miss him very much. I have never seen him except for in pictures and he is a beautiful little boy, i never got to hold hug play with or read to him and it tears my heart apart that i will never be able to do that. The only info i have is that he either is about to be or allready has been adopted by a family who lives about 45 miles from Grand Rapids Michigan if anyone knows of a family who is going to adopt or allready has adopted a child like this or if his adopted parents are reading this I have since moved from Michigan to Mississippi and his Birth Mother My sister and i no longer have contact with each other but i would like a photo and a chance to be in some small way a part of his life in the future and to know he is loved and well taken care of. My name is Billie Jo Garner (Plummer-maiden name). I am Billy Lee Plummer sister and he signed away his parental rights when he went to prison approximately 15 years ago. My brother’s children; my niece and nephew (Natasha Anne Plummer and Nicholas Plummer) went into foster care and I believe were eventually adopted. I do not know if the children were together or if they were separated, which I sincerely hope they stayed together.

On behalf of my mother, Natasha and Nicholas’ grandmother, Helen Wallace, I am searching for my niece and nephew and have absolutely no clue as to where to begin. My brother, Billy Lee Plummer, went to prison in the state of South Dakota. I am fairly certain my niece and nephew were placed into foster care in SD even though they had just moved from Phoenix, AZ where their grandmother lives. My brother seems to think they were sent back to AZ. The children’s mother, Shannon, abandoned them shortly after Nicolas’ birth when he was about four months old. Both children lived with my brother until he went to prison, which is when he gave up is parental rights (exact dates unknown). When this occurred, both my mom and I attempted to get the children so that we could raise them. I was stationed in Germany with my husband and our three young daughters at the time and was unable to make it happened even with over 50 phone calls and numerous letters. I wish I would have maintained better track of my efforts, but I didn’t so I do know who I called or wrote to. My mom even hired an attorney using her “grandparent rights” and was unsuccessful. We were told our best bet would be to try and find them when Natasha turns 18. Natasha birthday is June 12, 1990 and Nicholas’ birthday is July 5, 1993 (exact year unknown).
