My name is Billie Jo Garner (Plummer-maiden name). I am Billy Lee Plummer sister and he signed away his parental rights when he went to prison approximately 15 years ago. My brother’s children; my niece and nephew (Natasha Anne Plummer and Nicholas Plummer) went into foster care and I believe were eventually adopted. I do not know if the children were together or if they were separated, which I sincerely hope they stayed together.

On behalf of my mother, Natasha and Nicholas’ grandmother, Helen Wallace, I am searching for my niece and nephew and have absolutely no clue as to where to begin. My brother, Billy Lee Plummer, went to prison in the state of South Dakota. I am fairly certain my niece and nephew were placed into foster care in SD even though they had just moved from Phoenix, AZ where their grandmother lives. My brother seems to think they were sent back to AZ. The children’s mother, Shannon, abandoned them shortly after Nicolas’ birth when he was about four months old. Both children lived with my brother until he went to prison, which is when he gave up is parental rights (exact dates unknown). When this occurred, both my mom and I attempted to get the children so that we could raise them. I was stationed in Germany with my husband and our three young daughters at the time and was unable to make it happened even with over 50 phone calls and numerous letters. I wish I would have maintained better track of my efforts, but I didn’t so I do know who I called or wrote to. My mom even hired an attorney using her “grandparent rights” and was unsuccessful. We were told our best bet would be to try and find them when Natasha turns 18. Natasha birthday is June 12, 1990 and Nicholas’ birthday is July 5, 1993 (exact year unknown).

iam looking for my son that was born in corpus christi tx in 1973 ,i was very young at the time my mom made me gave him up ,now i have a daughter and she needs her big brother in her life . so if anyone knows of him i would love to here about it . please help!!!! he had red hair about 6weeks after he was born , i got a pic at that time. i would love to meet him.

Hi my name is carol i am looking for my 2 sisters that was gave up for adoption around 1968 there names at the time where tammy louise lentz she was two years old at the time and lynn ireane lentz and she was six months old and from what i was told they went to the same family and i believe in Arizona and they where born in findlay ohio to john and margeret lentz

I am looking for my daughter given up for adoption from Rhinebeck Hospital, Rhinebeck, NY. She was born 9/29/69 and given the name Denise Marie Hoehn. I signed papers at Social Services in Kingston, NY. I do believe a case worker adopted her and moved to another state – I think I heard it was Mass. That is what I was told by other workers.
I have always wondered about her. My family situation at the time was not best for a baby. She deserved better. I would like to make contact with her.

I am looking for my niece who was given up for adoption when my sister was younger in the late 1968-70’s born in Catholic Charities in Trenton and adopted by a family in Edison, New Jersey with the last name of Snyder he was an accountant. Her name is either Rachel or Kara. I want her to know I often think of her and know what my sister went through when my mother wouldn’t let her keep her. We think of her everyday and miss her and wish we could meet her to let her know that. I only hope someday we can let her know the love we have missed by her not being here with us.
