My dad was balck and loved rotwilers to death from what my adopitve mom told me.......my mom was white and drinked alot and I got taken away from her right away and my parents thought that was because she had other childern and has been like that for a while......... I was born october 28 1992 i was 3 pounds 3 oz because i was born 3 months earily........and my parents think that my mom might be dead from her bad habbits and I am haveing such a had time with that. Because you were born in one state and adopted in another, it will be more difficult for you to obtain your non-identifying information. New York will not have anything for you. You'll likely need the name of the adoption agency that handled your adoption in Ohio. If there was no agency and your adoption was private, there's an outside chance you can obtain your non-id via the court of jurisdiction. Contact them and ask if they have an adoption unit or division that handles adoptions. Hi Eva.
