Dear Rachel, I cannot believe! My husband had been trying to locate his daughter for more than 16 years, but there were no answers or returned mail to his letters he sent them. He figured they just didn't want any more contact with him after he remarried. So he was just going to let it go. The problem was that when we married 5 yrs ago I could see the pain and sadness in his face on Fathers Day and their birthdays, so I couldn't let it go. I started searching, accumulated a ton of info, but I didn't know what to do with it. And all other "free" search sites wanted a mint to try to find them. But then I came across Omni Trace, and they offered to help for a very small fee. Rachel was so wonderful, she was very courteous and sensitive and understanding. In less than 2 mo she got me the address of the oldest daughter, she has talked to her dad on the phone, each at least finding out what happened, promising each other it won't happen again, catching up on news, and we're making plans to visit them in the spring! Omni Trace, and Rachel in particular, we cannot begin to thank you enough! I will sing your praises and recommend you to anyway who needs this kind of assisstance. God bless you all, Cathy and Joe Collinson
