I am glad that you are happy and have both of your kids; I consider you my daughter and your children my grandchildren, and I would love to see all of you. you know, I have surfed the internet countless hours to try to find our daughter that was adopted at birth. my story is a little different, but still resonates the same emotions. i am still trying to find a great organization to locate her. my husband and I have been married for 32 years, and have 3 children. 2 that we had and raised after we were married, and one daughter that we had when i was 16 years old. like you said, i thought all was well, after all we did the “right” thing according to my mother, who did not give me a choice in the matter.
every day i thought about her and how she was. my husband & i felt guilty about having our other 2 children and not her. much later we learned that my mother actually sold my daughter through an attorney in miami. yes, she actually made money on the adoption of our daughter.you see she was what the business calls a humanitarian. she provides a home, food, and guarantees dr visits for the expecting mother. in return she is paid dearly for the placement of a healthy baby. i was pulled out of school, and placed in “sciesis”, a school for unwed mothers. i was not allowed to see family or friends for 7 months. i learned that i had embarrassed my parents, and they had to get rid of the embarrassment. at the time we really thought we were doing the right thing. now, though, i’m not sure. not until we find her and know that she was taken care of. i pray to god that she was placed with a loving family. i pray that is the one thing that my parents didn’t lie about. i am hoping that omni trace is the organization that can find her.

God Bless You and Your Mother!!!I know the pain, i was that child also!!! and still do not know all the final truths of my life and birth, but God does and thats all that matters and in his time, the pieces will fall!!!! thanks for sharing your story, you are here because god wanted you to be born!!!!!!!!!

my name is santiago im about to be 42 and im a stepchild, i was adopted when i was very very young i still have dreams ofmy real father ive known my whole life that im adopted my stepdad was very mean to me, so mean that i cant ever have kids over it. well my whole life has been into drugs, my mom pasted away in 2002 of a drug overdose my stepdad pased away in 2005 over drugs it almost happened to me,i changed my whole life around im 1 year 1month clean and sober ,my mom would never answer my questions about my dad so now that im good , i feel lost ive tryed to find my dad ,been very close but everone wants money from me im not a rich man and its been along hard road for me and its hard times but i belive that good things will happen if i stay positive (the law of attraction) thanks for letting me free my sprit .

I tried to contact my birth parents through legal channels. Money down and no luck left me with no information. That was 7 years ago. Over the past 2+ years I have been to countless Dr. appointments trying to find the source of problems. They think I have MVPS, FMS, etc. It would help a great deal if I at least had a medical history to compare to my own. Please help find my biological parents! My adoptive parents are wonderful and I know I have their support in this venture.
