He lives with me. She avoids the Court System by moving frequently. I know her SS#, and DOB and City she lives in but all the free searches are comming up with old addresses. I have a summons that needs to be served on her for claiming our son on her tax return. Idont understand how she gets a tax return as she is also on welfare and has been all her life. Child Support Enforcement wont held. She is ordered to pay a whole $25 a month. WOW. i really need to find her so I can let the Court System have their way. No the court wont locate her. They tell me that I need o hire a detective to locate her so I can have her served. I have been spending a lot of money trying to get justice and she moves which costs more.
