Our biological father, John (Johnny) Policara, was born 1-9-55 in Island Park New York. He lived in the Pasadena/Altadena, CA area between 1977-1990. Johnny's family has very little information about his second daughter. This photo is the only clue I have to finding my sister. On the back he wrote "Connie and Marie J.P. My Two Sweeties 1983". It is possible that the young woman in the photo has passed away and that the baby girl was raised by her grandmother. Please help if you can.
